OPTION : Report -> Stock Report -> Product Ledger
Product ledger report shows all receipt / Issue information about a product in ledger format. follow the above option shows multiple product stock summary report. This report shows Product name, its group, category, opening stock and closing stock. It shows 2nd unit stock information also if dual stock required.
Following are the working options available in multiple product ledger report.
Single Product Leger (ENTER)
Single product ledger report shows the receipt / issue information of a product in ledger format. Press ENTER on selected product to get its detailed information in above format. From single product ledger,

Report formats can be changes by Report View (ALT + V) in single product ledger.

Product can be selected by clicking on product name on the report header.

Product Ledger Reports can be print using ALT + P.

All common working options are available from single product ledger (Add / Modify / Delete / Date).
Add / Modify / Delete

Products can Add, Modify & Delete to selected product with using this options.
Find

Using this option you can Find the any keyword From product ledger List.
Audit (Alt + X)

Using this option you can Audit the selected Product and once you audit entry it can not be Modify and Delete Entry.
Date

With the use of date you can set the date range you want to see Product Ledger list.
Attach

Using this option you can Attached the file and set as default for the product.
Export (Alt + E)

Using this option you can Export the product ledger list in Excel File.
Print (Alt + P)

Using this option you can print the product ledger.
Report View (ALT + V)

With the use of Report view option you can change the format of product ledger.
Print Detail (ALT + D)

With the use of print detail option you can print daily summary, monthly summary, detail, Stock report etc for selected product which want to see.
Selection (ALT + S)

With the use selection option you can filter the product ledger by group, category, type, HSN or product.

Product Stock amount report shows all receipt / Issue information about a product in ledger format with it's receipt amount issue amount. This report shows Product name, its group, category, opening stock and closing stock, opening amounnt, clossing amount. It shows 2nd unit stock information also if dual stock required.

Stock Method

This option is used to change the method of stock like FIFO, Average, None, Fixed etc you can set the stock method.
Print (Alt + P)

Using this option you can print the stock statement in multiple format in printing mode.
Date (F2)

With the use of date you can set the date range you want to see Stock Statement.
Detail Print (ALT+ D)
